How we work

Fee-based services​

Depending on the service that we provide we either work on an hourly or a fee for service basis. In general, our conveyancing (purchase, sale or refinancing of an existing mortgage) is a set fee. Our wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements are also a set fee. Legal services beyond conveyancing and the preparation of estate documents are usually billed at our hourly rates. Please call our office for a fee quote.

I have used the services of Eastwood & Associates for both of my parents’ estates. Lisa Eastwood was knowledgeable in all matters concerning the legalities of the estates and prepared all legal documents in a timely and efficient manner.
