In 1994, John Eastwood estate brought Eastwood & Associates to the community of Delta. John brought to his notary practice, over 25 years as a notary and a combined 45 years of real estate experience as a realtor, manager, owner, and a Past President of both the Vancouver Real Estate Board and the Canadian Real Estate Association. John is also a Past President of the Society of Notaries Public of BC. 

 

Prior to 2010, when Lisa moved her practice to Ladner to join her father, Lisa was a practicing lawyer in downtown Vancouver with a focus on corporate and tax law. With a strong desire to balance spending more time with her young family and a busy legal practice, Lisa joined her father John to provide legal services to the community of Delta under the umbrella of Eastwood & Associates. Lisa will tell you that moving her legal practice to Ladner is one of the best decisions that she has ever made. Lisa is thrilled to provide legal services to the people of Delta, a community in which she was raised. Lisa has over 25 years experience as a lawyer. 

 

In June 2023 John made the difficult decision to retire and to hand the reins to his daughter Lisa. John has loved serving the community of Delta for the last 30 years but is also eager to begin the next chapter of his life. John intends to spend his retirement traveling, spending time with his four grandchildren and enjoying life with his wife Bryanne and his dog Luna.
